    Will I be able to access the gym early in a morning?

    The gym will be available every morning from 6.30 am. Gym staff will not however be on site until 8.30.

    Are there any classes included in my gym membership?

    Final details are yet to be agreed with the class providers, but we are planning on offering a few classes a week free to gym members on a first come first served basis.

    Will there be a pay as you go option of using the gym?

    Yes, we will allow people to buy day passes for £10.

    Will I be shown how to use the equipment?

    Staff will be available every day from 8.30am.

    Will there be changing facilities?

    New changing rooms and showers have been built alongside the gym.

    Will I be able to try before I buy ?

    Free trial passes will be available through the website.

    Will there be a joining fee?

    No, straightforward monthly rolling contracts, with option of annual membership to give you 12 months for the price of 11.

    Will I be able to freeze my membership?

    Subject to management’s discretion, under certain circumstances (e.g. serious injury or illness) membership will be able to be frozen.
